2020+ Toyota GR Supra (A90/A91)
The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger is an excellent solution for increasing fuel flow on the 2020+ Toyota GR Supra. The kit leaves the entire OEM direct injection system intact. However, it permits one additional independent 39mm fuel pump, specifically for auxillary fuel such as port injection. NOTE: The modification is NOT compatible with the larger 39/50 DCCS pumps (Walbro F900002XX) but does have all the provisions for a brushless pump.
The following components are retained and operate exactly how BMW/Toyota intended:
-OEM brushless fuel pump (for direct injection)
-OEM fuel pressure regulator (for direct injection)
-OEM pre pump filter (for direct injection)
-OEM post pump filter (for direct injection)
-OEM fuel collector basket (for starvation protection)
-OEM venturi jet pump (for saddle tank crossover)
-OEM fuel level sensor (for fuel gauge)
HOW IT WORKS
An additional fuel pump with a pre pump filter sock is integrated into the OEM fuel collector basket. The fuel from this new pump is sent out of the fuel hat through a low-profile 8AN male adapter fitting.
NOTE: This line must be regulated using a fuel pressure regulator (not included) and a low micron aftermarket filter must be installed downstream. These components are not provided in this kit but are available separately.
The returning fuel enters the fuel hat through a low profile 6AN male fitting. Fuel enters the OEM collector basket through a machined fitting assembly (shown below). Inside the assembly features a deflector that evenly disperses the fuel and prevents turbulence and unwanted foam.
The direct injection fuel feed is retained and there are no fuel tank modifications required.

PREVENTING FUEL STARVATION
Several systems work together to move fuel into the collector basket and keep it full at all times. This ensures that the pumps have adequate fuel available, even during aggressive driving. The internal pumps are supplied with fuel from 3 different sources: the venturi jet pump fuel scavenged from the passive side of the tank, the returned fuel from the fuel pressure regulators (direct injection FPR and port injection FPR), and the one-way fill valve on the bottom of the OEM collector basket. This valve allow fuel in, but not out.
PORT INJECTION FEED PORT
The outlet on the fuel hat is female threaded for 8AN ORB (3/4-16 O-ring). A male 8AN low profile banjo fitting comes preinstalled. However, this could always be changed using an 8AN ORB fitting. For a compatible B58TU port injection system, click HERE.
PORT INJECTION RETURN PORT
The inlet on the fuel hat is female threaded for 8AN ORB (3/4-16 O-ring). A male 6AN low profile banjo fitting comes preinstalled. However, this could always be changed using an 8AN ORB fitting. For a compatible B58TU port injection system, click HERE.
DIRECT INJECTION FEED PORT
An outlet fitting is provided that mimics the SAE quick connect on the OEM fuel hat.
The custom designed stainless electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact multi-pin bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are hermetically sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. Non conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuiting. Electrical hardware is included for the fuel pumps and OEM level sender. Furthermore, the in-tank wiring is insulated with high quality chemically resistant ETFE.

NOTE: Fuel pumps larger than 39mm such as Walbro F900002XX, Deatschwerks DW400, Bosch BR540, etc. are not compatible.
OPTIONAL PLUMBING KITS

These plumbing kits include everything required to plumb the fuel system between the Radium fuel pump hanger (shown below) to a port injection fuel rail.
A -8AN 90 degree PuskLok hose end (shown below left) is included for connecting to an -8AN male port injection fuel rail fitting (not included).
A -6AN 90 degree PuskLok hose end (below) is included for connecting to an -6AN male aftermarket FPR fitting (not included). A -6AN (3/8″) fuel hose runs to the fuel pump hanger return port.
The feed and/or return hose can be easily modified for installation of an in-line flex fuel sensor. Furthermore, the hoses run though billet aluminum fuel line retainers.
As shown below, a special retainer is provided to prevent the lines from contacting the driveshaft and exhaust when crossing over the tunnel.
An -8AN (1/2″) feed hose runs from the fuel pump hanger through the provided fuel filter using a specifically designed MK5 Supra bolt-on billet mount as shown below.
